Washing

• Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cool water.
• Turn the dress inside out before washing to help protect the floral appliqué, embroidery detailing.
• Wash with similar colors using a mild detergent.
• Do not bleach or use harsh cleaning agents.
• Avoid washing with garments that have zippers, hooks, or other details that may snag the embellishments.

Drying

• Do not tumble dry.
• Hang or lay flat to air dry naturally.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Ironing & Steaming

• Steam  from a safe distance.
• Do not apply direct heat to the embroidery, appliqué, or beaded detailing.
• If ironing is necessary, turn the dress inside out and use a low setting.

Express Shipping 

Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days, 90% of orders will arrive within 1-2 business days if placed by 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. (New York, Time Zone, EST) 

International  Standard Shipping

Orders will arrive within 7-9 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are subject to variation based on the customer's location and may be influenced by the tax regulations and policies of the country or state.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 business days of delivery. Once we receive your returned order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. PLEASE NOTE: Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non refundable.
