Washing

• Turn the dress inside out to protect the buttons and fabric surface.
• Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
• For best results, wash alone or with similar colors.
• Hand washing is also suitable if you want to be extra gentle on the structure and pleats.

Drying

• Hang to dry on a padded hanger to help the dress keep its shape.
• If using a dryer, choose the lowest heat or air-fluff setting and remove promptly.
• Avoid high heat, as it can cause shrinkage and weaken the fabric over time.

Pressing & Refreshing

• Steam is ideal for removing wrinkles while preserving the soft puff sleeves and pleats.
• If ironing, use a medium heat setting and press on the reverse side. Use a pressing cloth over the button area and collar to avoid shine or marks.
• Lightly reshape the pleats and sleeves while the fabric is still slightly warm.

Additional Tips

• Do not use bleach.
• Store hanging to maintain the A-line shape and prevent creasing at the waist.
• Button the dress when storing to help it hold its structure.

Express Shipping 

Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days, 90% of orders will arrive within 1-2 business days if placed by 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. (New York, Time Zone, EST)

Orders will arrive within 7-9 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are subject to variation based on the customer's location and may be influenced by the tax regulations and policies of the country or state.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 business days of delivery. Once we receive your returned order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. PLEASE NOTE: Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non refundable.
