Return Policy

At Kingdom Dresses, each order is carefully inspected before shipment to help ensure you receive your items in excellent condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

By placing an order with Kingdom Dresses, you agree to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair

  • free from damage

  • with original tags attached, where applicable

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or intentional damage, the return may be rejected and the item may be sent back to the customer.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

How to Start a Return

We recently added a self-serve returns portal to make returns easier for our customers.

Start Your Return

To begin a return, please use our Returns Portal and enter:

  • your order number

  • the email address used at checkout

Once your order is located, you will be able to view eligible item(s) from your order and submit your return request.

How the Returns Portal Works

  1. Enter your order number and email address in the returns portal.

  2. Select the eligible item(s) you would like to return.

  3. Choose your return reason and submit your request.

  4. If your return is approved, you will receive the next steps and any return instructions provided through the portal or by email.

  5. Ship your item back in accordance with our return instructions and policy requirements.

  6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for shipping returned item(s) back to us.

We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage and return tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

Kingdom Dresses is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit back to us. If your carrier offers insurance or tracking protection, we recommend using it for your return shipment.

Refund Processing 

Once your return is delivered back to us, please allow time for inspection and processing.

After your returned item has been inspected, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been processed on our end.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping; however, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered.

To report a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email support@kingdomdresses.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item received

  • photos of the packaging, if relevant

All claims are subject to review and inspection. Items showing signs of intentional damage, misuse, wear, washing, or alteration may not qualify for resolution.

If your claim is approved, Kingdom Dresses may offer one of the following resolutions, depending on the circumstances:

  • an exchange for the same item, if available

  • Store credit / points added to your account for use toward a future purchases

  • a refund, where appropriate and at our discretion

If an exchange is approved, the original item may need to be returned before a replacement is shipped.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are offered in certain situations, including approved cases involving damaged, faulty, incorrect, or otherwise eligible items, as determined by Kingdom Dresses. We also offer size exchanges for eligible items, subject to approval and stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet our return eligibility requirements and must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, free from stains, odors, makeup, or damage, and with tags attached where applicable.

If you are requesting a size exchange, the requested size must be available at the time your exchange is processed. Availability is not guaranteed, and if the requested size is no longer in stock, we will contact you regarding the next available option.

If you would like to request an exchange, including a size exchange, you must contact us first at support@kingdomdresses.com with your order number and exchange request details. Exchange requests are not automatically guaranteed and must be reviewed and approved by Kingdom Dresses before a replacement item is sent.

If your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item has been returned, received, and inspected, subject to stock availability.

If you need your exchange urgently, please contact us and provide proof that your return is on its way, such as your return tracking number or shipping receipt. Once we have confirmation that your return has been shipped, we will do our best to process and ship your exchange as promptly as possible, subject to availability.

Kingdom Dresses reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our return requirements or that involve non-returnable items, final sale items, or items returned in unsuitable condition.

Out of Stock Items/ Order Issues

In the rare event that an item you purchased is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email or text as soon as possible.

If an item is unavailable due to our inventory error, you will have the option to:

  • exchange for another item of the same value, or

  • receive a full refund

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.

  • Items sent back without first submitting a return request through the returns portal may experience delays in processing.

  • Kingdom Dresses reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Bridal Try-at-Home Orders

Bridal Try-at-Home orders are subject to separate Bridal Try-at-Home Terms & Conditions and are not governed by this standard Return & Exchange Policy unless specifically stated. If there is any conflict between this policy and the Bridal Try-at-Home Terms, the Bridal Try-at-Home Terms will control for those orders.
