Welcome to the Kingdom Dresses Bridal Try-at-Home Experience.
We are honored to be part of your wedding journey and want you to feel confident when choosing your dream gown. Our Bridal Try-at-Home Program allows you to experience selected bridal gowns in the comfort of your home before making a final purchasing decision.
Please read this Terms & Agreement carefully.
By placing a Bridal Try-at-Home order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined below.
Eligible bridal gowns may be ordered through our Bridal Try-at-Home Program by selecting the applicable Try-at-Home option during checkout.
Program Details
The Bridal Try-at-Home fee is $75 per dress.
A maximum of two (2) dresses per customer may be ordered through the program at any one time.
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping and billing information.
A prepaid return shipping label will be included with orders.
Each order includes a complimentary bridal garment bag, dress hanger, and body tape.
The body tape is yours to keep regardless of whether the dress is returned.
Important
The $75 Try-at-Home fee is non-refundable. However, if you decide to purchase the dress, the $75 fee will be credited toward the final purchase price of that gown.
Trial Period
The trial period begins on the date the package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier's tracking system.
Customers have seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date to evaluate the gown(s).
The gown is intended solely for indoor try-on purposes and may not be:
Worn outdoors
Worn to events or photoshoots
Worn for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, or other occasions
Altered in any way
Caring for Your Try-at-Home Gown
To help keep the gowns in beautiful condition, please take extra care when trying on your potential wedding dress.
We kindly ask that you:
Wash and dry your hands before handling the gown.
Avoid wearing makeup while trying on the dress whenever possible.
Avoid self-tanner, lotions, body oils, and perfume before trying on the gown.
Remove any jewelry that could snag or damage delicate fabrics.
Try the gown on in a clean, indoor environment away from pets, food, drinks, and smoke.
Keep the gown away from dirt or moisture.
Use caution when stepping into and out of the gown.
Return the gown on its hanger and inside the garment bag provided.
Additional Tip: If possible, have a friend or family member assist you when putting on and removing the gown to help prevent accidental damage to delicate fabrics, lace, buttons, zippers, and embellishments.
These simple steps help us ensure every bride receives a clean, beautiful gown to enjoy during her Try-at-Home experience.
If You've Found Your Dream Dress
If you wish to keep a gown, please reply to one of our Bridal Try-at-Home reminder emails or contact Kingdom Dresses directly before the end of the trial period confirming that you would like to purchase the gown.
Your $75 Try-at-Home fee will be credited toward the purchase price of the gown. The remaining balance may be charged to your original payment method or collected through a separate invoice from Kingdom Dresses.
If multiple gowns were ordered and you choose to keep only one, all remaining gowns must be returned within the trial period.
Failure to return unwanted gowns within the required timeframe may result in additional charges as outlined below.
Authorization to Charge
By participating in the Bridal Try-at-Home Program, you authorize Kingdom Dresses to charge the payment method provided at checkout for:
The remaining balance of any gown you decide to keep;
Any gown not returned within the required trial period;
Any gown returned in a condition that prevents resale;
Applicable damage, cleaning, repair, restoration, or replacement fees;
This authorization remains valid until all gowns associated with the order have been returned, inspected, and approved by Kingdom Dresses.
Size Exchanges
If you love a gown but require a different size, you may place a new Bridal Try-at-Home order for the same dress using promotional code SM026
Instead of paying the standard $75 Try-at-Home fee again, you'll pay only $20 for the replacement size.
Please note:
Standard outbound shipping charges may apply.
Customers may only have two dresses in possession at one time.
One of the currently held dresses must be returned before a replacement size can be shipped.
Trial Extensions
If additional time is needed, customers must contact Kingdom Dresses before the original trial period expires.
At our sole discretion, we may grant a one-time extension of up to three (3) additional calendar days.
Extensions are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing by Kingdom Dresses.
Return Requirements
All gowns must be returned using the prepaid return label provided by Kingdom Dresses.
Returned gowns must be received in their original condition, including:
Original tags attached
No alterations
No stains
No makeup marks
No deodorant marks
No perfume or fragrance odors
No body oils
No pet hair
No smoke or environmental odors
No tears, snags, stretching, or fabric damage
Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges.
Lost Return Labels
If the prepaid return label is lost, misplaced, damaged, or otherwise unusable, customers may either:
Request a replacement label from Kingdom Dresses for a flat fee of $15; or
Purchase your own return shipping label through your local postal or shipping service at your own expense.
If you purchase your own return label, you are responsible for obtaining tracking information, shipping the package to the correct return address and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed by Kingdom Dresses.

Damage, Cleaning & Restoration Fees
Upon receipt, all returned gowns are inspected by Kingdom Dresses.
If a gown is returned in a condition requiring cleaning, repair, restoration, or replacement, Kingdom Dresses reserves the right to assess:

Professional cleaning fees

Repair fees
-
Restoration fees
-
Restocking fees
-
Replacement costs

Charges up to the full retail value of the gown if the item cannot reasonably be resold
The amount charged will be determined based on the extent of the damage and loss of resale value.
Responsibility for the Gown
Customers are responsible for all gowns from the moment they are delivered until they are safely received and inspected by Kingdom Dresses.
Kingdom Dresses is not responsible for any damage occurring while the gown is in the customer's possession.
Lost or Missing Returns
Customers are responsible for retaining proof of shipment and tracking information until their return has been confirmed by Kingdom Dresses. If a return package is lost, delayed, misdirected, or cannot be verified as shipped, Kingdom Dresses reserves the right to charge the applicable balance until the package is recovered or the issue is resolved.
Failure to Return a Gown
If a gown is not returned within the trial period (or approved extension period), Kingdom Dresses will consider the gown accepted for purchase. The customer authorizes Kingdom Dresses to charge the remaining balance of the gown's full retail price, minus any Try-at-Home fees already paid.
Customers are encouraged to check their inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders to ensure they do not miss important communications from Kingdom Dresses.
Reminder emails will be sent throughout the trial period; however, failure to receive, read, or respond to a reminder does not waive the customer's responsibility to return the gown on time.
Program Eligibility
Kingdom Dresses reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or restrict participation in the Bridal Try-at-Home Program at any time.
We may deny future participation to customers who:

Return gowns in unacceptable condition

Frequently fail to comply with program requirements

Abuse or misuse the program

Engage in fraudulent activity
Modifications to the Program
Kingdom Dresses reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bridal Try-at-Home Program at any time without prior notice.
Changes will not affect orders already placed unless required by law or necessary to protect against fraud or misuse.
