We’re so excited you’re shopping for your dream wedding dress and want you to feel completely confident in your choice. That’s why we created this Try-at-Home option—so you can try the dress in the comfort of your own home before making a final decision.

To make the process smooth, transparent, and fair for everyone, please read the following terms carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

How It Works

• Select Try-at-Home Sample – $75” at checkout for each dress.
• Maximum 2 dresses per order / per customer at any time.
• Fill out the necessary information (such as shipping address, etc.) 
• Free shipping on us both ways — use coupon code BridalY26 at checkout for free outbound shipping. We also include a prepaid return label.
• Every order includes a free bridal garment bag, dress hanger and Body Tape ( Kindly note that if you return the dress, the body tape is the only item you’re welcome to keep from the package ).

Trial Period 

• The $75 fee is non-refundable
• You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to try the dress(es) at home.
• The dress is intended for **indoor try-on only** (not to be worn outside, to events, or outdoors).

If You Love It and Want to Keep It

• Reply to our reminder emails or contact us before the 7-day trial ends.
• Your $75 sample fee will be fully credited.
• We will charge the remaining balance (full retail price minus $75) to your original payment method for each dress you keep, or we can send you a new invoice and apply the credit.
• If you ordered more than one dress and want to keep one, you must return the other dress within the 7-day trial period. If you do not return the unwanted dress, we will charge you the full retail price for both dresses.

Need a different size? 

• If you love the dress but need a different size, select the same dress again on our site, at checkout and use code SM026. This lowers the sample fee to only $20 for the new size.
• You will pay normal outbound shipping for the replacement dress.

Important: You can only have 2 dresses at a time, you must return one of your current dresses first before we can ship the new size. Once we receive confirmation of the returned dress, we will promptly ship the new size.

Need More Time?

If you need extra time, you must email us before the original 7-day trial ends. We may grant a one-time 3-day grace period (total of 10 days). Extensions are not guaranteed and are approved at our discretion.

If You Decide to Return the Dress(es)

• You must return the dress(es) within the 7-day trial period (or any approved extension) using the prepaid return label(s).
• The dress(es) must be returned in original condition: Unworn except for indoor try-on.
• No stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, body oils, pet hair, odors, or alterations.
• All original tags attached
• Returned with the garment bag and hanger

Important: Failure to meet these conditions could result in the dress being deemed “accepted” and full payment charged, or a restocking/damage fee applied (up to the full retail price).

If you lose the return label, you are responsible for the cost of a replacement shipping label.

What Happens If the Dress Is Not Returned

We will assume you want to keep the dress(es). We will charge the full retail price (minus the $75 already paid) for every dress to your original payment method. Friendly reminders will be sent throughout the trial period. 

Additional Important Terms

• You are fully responsible for every dress from the moment it arrives until we receive the returned ones back in perfect condition. Please keep them safe and clean.
• Dresses must be tried on in a clean, safe environment, we are not responsible for any damage that happens while the dresses are with you.
• We reserve the right to refuse future Try-at-Home orders to customers who have previously returned dresses in unacceptable condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This trial does not include the Lace Bolero Layering, However if you decide to keep your dress and want the Lace option,  please contact us!

Washing

• Professional Dry Clean Only — Recommended for best results, especially due to the delicate lace, 3D floral appliqués, and structure.
• Hang wash in cool water using mild detergent (Optional)
• Spot Cleaning: For small stains, gently dab with a mild detergent and cold water. Do not rub.

Drying

• Hang dry in a shaded area. Never tumble dry.

Refreshing & Ironing

• Steamer: Highly recommended — Use a garment steamer on low-medium setting to remove wrinkles and refresh the lace and tulle. Hold steamer at a distance to protect delicate details.
• Ironing: If needed, use very low heat with a pressing cloth on the reverse side. Avoid direct ironing on lace, beads, or sequins.

Petticoat Care

• The included petticoat can be gently hand washed or machine washed on delicate/cold cycle in a mesh bag.
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low.

Storage

• Store hanging in a breathable garment bag to protect from dust and light.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing of the white fabric.

What to Avoid

• Bleach or harsh chemicals
• Fabric softeners
• High heat or dryers
• Machine washing the main dress

Unlike traditional bridal gowns, this dress is not sized using bridal measurements. It is offered in standard apparel sizing. Please refer to the size chart to determine the best size for you.

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that shipping timeframes begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not at the time your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier delays, and holiday periods. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery if returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, or odors. Final sale items, sale items, and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable. To begin a return, please use our Returns Portal.
