Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Once your scheduled session begins, we will wait up to 10 minutes for you to join. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee. This policy helps us honor the time set aside for your appointment and accommodate others who may be waiting for availability. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
