Step - by - step guide to the KD Rewards and Refferals
You’ll need to generate your own unique personal code/Referral link to share with your friends & Audience to get 25% off their purchase.
1. Sign Up as a Site Member
Every ambassador must be signed up on our website as a member. If you haven’t already, visit Sign up! and create an account using your email and password. This is required to access referral code,points and other features.
2. Log In to Your Account:
Once signed up, log in via the top-right profile icon or the login page.
3. Navigate to the Rewards Page
After logging in, go to your My Account or Dashboard section. Look for the “KD Rewards & Referrals” or “Refer a Friend” tab/page. If it’s not in the main menu, Check the footer for “Rewards”.
4. Generate and Copy Your Unique Code/Link
On the Rewards page, you’ll see your personalized referral link (e.g., www.kingdomdresses.com/referral/YOURUNIQUECODE). This includes your unique code embedded in it. Click the “Copy” button to grab it easily.
- Keep this link handy—it’s yours to track referrals, points, and notifications for any activity (e.g., when someone uses it).
5. Share Your Referral Link
Post it on your social media bio for easy access, Remember, links aren’t clickable in captions, so either direct your audience to the link in your bio or you can share directly via DMs, Direct messages, Whatsapp, emails, or stories. Encourage them to shop through your link to claim their discount and support our Brand!
If we don't see you sharing your referral code, we have the rights to terminate the partnership
6. Track your progress
Return to the rewards page anytime to view referrals, Earned points and rewards. You'll get notifications when someone signs up or purchases via your link - no need to report it to us.
How others Get 25% Off Using your Referral Code!
When your Friends/Family and followers use your referral link, they automatically qualify for 25% off their first purchase. Here’s how they can redeem it step by step:
1. Click the Referral Link
They will start by clicking your shared link. This takes them to our site and applies the referral tracking automatically.
Please note:You wont need to provide a personal step by step walkthrough unless they specifically request it or not sure what to do.
2. Sign Up or Log In (If Needed)
If they’re new, they’ll need to create a free member account during their visit (quick email signup). This ensures the discount applies and tracks your referral link. automatically.
3. Shop and Add to Cart:
They'll shop our collection and add items to their cart.
5. Apply the Discount at Checkout:
At checkout, the 25% discount should auto-apply if they used your link (it’ll show in the subtotal). If not, they can manually enter your unique code (from the link, e.g., “YOURUNIQUECODE”) in the “Discount Code” or “Promo Code” field and click “Apply”.

6. Complete the Purchase
Finalize with payment details. They’ll get a confirmation, and you’ll be credited for the referral, helping us grow our community
Confirmation, Maintaining and ending the Partnership:
If at any point you’re unable to fulfill your part of the agreement or simply wish to pause or end your ambassadorship, please let us know. At the beginning of each month, we’ll send all ambassadors a confirmation email before shipping any products. This gives you the opportunity to confirm your continued participation, request a pause, or opt out entirely.
We understand Schedules change and priorities shift. Although we'll be sad to see you go, if you’d like to pause or end the partnership, please let us know by providing an explanation of your reasons. Please Note: that ending the partnership without fulfilling the requirements of the last shipment will require you to cover the full cost of all shipped items that were not promoted. We invest significant resources into preparing and shipping products to you, which is why we send the confirmation email—to build and maintain trust with our ambassadors.
Each time you reply “YES” to the confirmation email, you’re agreeing to meet the agreed-upon requirements for that Shipment. If you say yes and do not uphold your participation, you’ll be responsible to cover all costs of that last shipment. However, if the items remain unworn and in their original condition, you can simply return them to us to avoid additional costs.
Please be aware that failure to reimburse for shipped items may result in legal action. We approach all partnerships with respect and expect the same in return from our ambassadors. We’re grateful for your involvement and are here to support you every step of the way!
